As many are aware, back in 2014 Paul O'Neill bought the studio facility that they have been using for years - Morrisound Recording. This is an interesting new article about how the legendary engineers who used to own and run the studio - Jim and Tom Morris - are still in search of a permanent home for their new studio. They also talk a bit about how the sale to Paul happened and some Avatar/Savatage history:

nice article, except for making it sound like savatage was death metal!

sucks that they havent found a new home though. i would have loved to have recorded in the old morrisound studio one day.
