Up until last year when Nightcastle Mgmnt stopped using Live Nation to fulfill their merchandise orders, you could still buy official Savatage shirts from their website.  That went away with the removal of Live Nation as their online merch supplier.  But, there is a new spot that has the official Savatage merch - just shirts for now - Plastic Head out of England:
