Ticket Presale -looking for help!

They had some major glitches.  What you described happened to many, many people.  I don’t have any answers - the line that TSO uses is “try again” or “there are awesome seats in the public sale too”.  So there’s that.

I also noticed that tickets that were not supposed to be available for pre-sale until tomorrow are on resellers sites today.   Could this be  another glitch?
