Double Live CD

Nah, TSO isnt releasing one. But, The Wizards of Winter are!  They recorded a PBS special and a double live CD on their 2023 tour and the 2-CD Set is now available for preorder with a free shipping special.

As Keyboardist Scott Kelly wrote:
"While nothing replaces the raw energy of a live show, our new release truly is as close as we could get to the concert audio experience. It will provide approximately two hours of some of our best original music including the narration. All delivered "live" as performed by the world class musicians that wrote and arranged the compositions and storyline. It doesn’t contain any overlaid, prerecorded tracks to augment the sound. It is what an audience member can expect to hear at one of our shows."

And of course you will hear original TSO narrator Tony Gaynor telling the story, along with the smooth vocals of TSO alum Guy LeMonnier and the rockin drumming of former TSO drummer John O'Reilly.  The whole band is top notch, with keyboardist Scott Kelly, guitarists Fred Gorhau & Steve Brown, Bassist Greg Smith, Flutist/Vocalist Sharon Kelly, Violinist Michelle Winters, and vocalists Manny Cabo, Alexis Smith and Shawna Marie.

I’ll probably check this out when it hits the streaming market. Im just  having a hard time accepting the fact that aside from touring TSO is pretty much done.
