When did TSO start in Kansas City ?

I saw the show at Memorial Hall I think twice, then at Kempenar Arena and the at the Sprint center from then on..

Does anyone know how many times they played memorial and when did they first come to Kansas City ?

I am under the impression their first visit was in 2000. If so then I have seen them every time they have been here.
