TSO sued for ignoring transgender sexual harassment

Seems the complaints have escalated into a lawsuit against TSO and PRG. The tech worked for PRG but the situations happened in TSO's workplace and TSO "retained ultimate authority over all individuals who worked on their tours."

Independent Women’s client, Jessica Featherston, is a professional lighting technician who worked for PRG on eleven tours and events since 2015. In 2022, Michael Robertson, a male identifying as a woman, worked for a TSO partner company as a crew chief on the tour.

Independent Women’s lawsuit alleges that Robertson routinely violated workplace boundaries and repeatedly engaged in inappropriate and sexually harassing behavior and intimidation against Independent Women’s client. In addition, Robertson would deliberately wait in the bathroom until female crew members entered so that Robertson could shower naked with the women, including Ms. Featherston.

Independent Women’s lawsuit further alleges that TSO and PRG failed to address Featherston’s sexual harassment reports and retaliated against Independent Women’s client by removing her from the 2024 tour.

That crap (a man posing as a chick) of him waiting for women to come in and shower is criminal. Here's a dude claiming to be a woman but wants to perv in the shower on them. The dude is not a woman and never will be and he was just getting his freak on to check out the goods playing a girl. Too bad for TSO not protecting the REAL WOMEN. Going to hit them hard in the pockets for sure.
